Cancellation Window

A cancellation request can be reviewed before the prasad kit is packed or handed to the courier partner.

If an online payment fails or is deducted but not confirmed, contact support with the order number and payment reference.

Refunds are reviewed case by case for eligible prepaid orders. Courier-returned and delivered orders may need additional verification.
